What Can Be Returned

You have 21 days from your purchase date to return regular-price items (non-sale items) for a full refund to your original payment method.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, undamaged, scent-free, and clean

  • All original tags must be attached

  • Items must be returned in-store or by mail within 21 days of purchase

**Please Allow up to 14 business days from item being received to receive refund, shipping is non-refundable**

Can Sale Items Be Returned

What Can’t Be Returned

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Sale and clearance items (Store credit options available)

  • Gift cards

  • Bodysuits and all undergarments

  • Candles and fragrances

How to Return

In-Store Returns

Bring your item(s) to our boutique during store hours. We’ll process your return within 14 business days of receipt.

Online Returns (Mail-In)

We gladly accept returns by mail. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. You may use the shipping carrier of your choice.

To begin a mail-in return:

  1. Email us at info@houseofbolden.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.

  2. We’ll respond with return instructions and a mailing address.

  3. Once your return is received, we’ll process it within 10 business days and notify you by email.
